Anne Schneider is a Sarasota, Florida real estate professional with a global perspective, bringing in-depth knowledge of international business management and real estate sales to Coldwell Banker. Prior to her time with Coldwell, Anne has had a solid career in real estate (with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Engel & Völkers) and global money transfer (as a specialist at Currencies Direct). First-rate customer service and an intelligent negotiation strategy has consistently resulted in successful closings. Anne navigates every transaction with focus, compassion and enthusiasm. Her priority is to represent her client's best interests, create a positive experience, and fulfill their real estate objectives. Anne holds degrees in Business Management and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as well as a degree in Fashion Design. A proud mother of three children, Anne has a wide range of interests, including tennis, travel, art and nature. A talented artist, she has worked as a volunteer art teacher throughout her children's elementary school years. Anne is heavily involved in her community, from being on her HOA board, to membership in local art institutions. Born in Germany, Anne works diligently as a member of the National Association of Realtors' Global Business Council, regularly interacting with realtors and their clients from around the world, as well as the German American Business Chamber. She has traveled heavily throughout the world, embracing other cultures and countries, and enjoys spending time bringing people together and making new connections.
